convenient stay near the station
good location comfortable room clear pricing
the location was good because it was near the train station. the room included a double bed and a desk with a chair. i also noticed a mini bar stocked with items that had clear pricing. there was also plenty of clean towels, hand soap, body lotion, shower gel and shampoo.
the fact that my towels were not changed bothered me, they just folded them and put them back. the wifi also stopped working after the second night, i spoke to reception and nothing happened. i lost about six hours of work because of it.

i found the female receptionists to be very nice and helpful when i needed assistance. male receptionists did not seem as eager to provide help, which i thought it was a point to improve. prices were reasonable for food and drinks.

the breakfast was good, and it had a pleasant environment . there were several restaurants near the hotel that had nice staff. their menus included good food options, and i saw a lot of diversity.

the room had a spacious bathroom and a comfortable bed. it faced the train line, but it was quiet after the last train left. the room was clean and well equipped, but the ac didn't work properly.

the hotel has parking that had reasonable prices . it is important to note that the price only applies if you park continuously. there is a shopping center near the hotel, that can be accessed from the oriente station, it has many stores.

the room had a firm mattress. i also found good water pressure in the shower.
the room was noisy. i could hear sounds from the bathroom of the neighboring room, it was distracting.

easy access separate dining dirty towel no wifi
the location are great for access to transport! its very easy to get around. the rooms i found was big and i liked the separate dining area, it's super!
i really hate that the towels wasn't changed in my rooms, they just folded it up and put it back up! also, the wifi was turned off after two nights, and that caused much problems to me.

The staff was genuinely helpful, . my room was ready quickly, and check-out was easy. i enjoyed the spacious room. Its cleanliness shone. the comfortable beds are a blessing, it gave me good rest.

Fantastic Stay Near the Oceanarium!
ideal location great breakfast storage room fantastic view
I adored the hotel's proximity to the Oceanarium and the metro station. The breakfast offered many options. The food was AMAZING!!! A luggage storage room was available, very helpful. The upper floors provided a fantastic view of the bridge. It was lovely.
The curtains let in too much light, so it was a little difficult to sleep in total darkness.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. I could easily walk to the metro. It is also near the Oceanarium. The views from the higher floors included the river and the bridge.

The hotel staff were warm and kind. They always accommodated my requests. Check-in was efficient and courteous. I felt welcomed. Staff promptly delivered a tea kettle, cups, and tea upon my request. I appreciated this quick service.
